How about since JohnnyB *wrested* those shares from his children's trust?



How about two fraud cases in two separate countries?

How about no sales and no revenue?

How about the association with known felons and penny stock shills?

How about the failure to address legal proceedings that have resulted in default judgements. A sign that this company knows full well that there will never be revenue.

How about Dishonest Dick Heddle's near criminal interest rates on funds loaned. A company with a viable product or service would have no problem securing funds from financial institutions at exponentially lower interest rates.

Could go on and on.
