NEW $GEGI DD and research package- Massive Merger

It is my opinion, that the more research I did after the discovery on 2/3/17 that Kate Bahnsen had registered Cacique Mining, Inc in Nevada- the more I realized the actual composure of the reverse merger in play. It would appear that based on the initial strategy for Green M&A Solutions, Naisbitt and Gang were to set up two mining operations in Africa and Colombia as outlined here:

NOTICE THE END GOAL






We have already learned from QEDN - and the YouTube video- that John Naisbitt has been involved for a few years as his Green M&A Solutions has been acquired by QEDN in 2015. As it turns out, it was the relationship with Kate, the newly named director at the time- that brought John Naisbitt and his expertise over to QEDN and subsequently GEGI

Now here is where it gets VERY VERY INTERESTING AND LUCRATIVE. They have been quietly working behind the scenes to connect all of the corporations together and it appears that in an effort for QEDN management to move further now...especially to recieved FUNDING from NGO's and applied grants - They are setting up the MASTER corporation which will consist of all of the mining operations, and then the products ultimately produced from these properties. This would seem to include the Sachi Inchi revenues.

We already know that John Naisbitt was heavily connected to Ashanti Anglo-Gold located in Colombia as well as several Critical mining experts who assisting him with his years of research at the Univeristies in Colombia. .

NOW HERE US WHERE IT TAKES A HUGE TURN....we all know from above that Kate is doing a ton of humanitarian effort as well in an effort to turn Colombian families away from the illicit drug production of Cocoa.


Pertinent to this we keep seeing mention of HUGE MINING DEALS with the following companies through Naisbitt- BHPBilliton, Palmichala, Tolima Gold and then areas located in the artisanal mining spot of ANTIOQUIA. This is where most miners do it illegally and it begets a huge Mercury problem for the Comminity and farmers. Naisbitt and Gang have worked in AFRICA and SOUTH AMERICA to specialize in this exact process of removing Mercury form the gold ore process. As well- there does appear to be TWO mining properties that are connected to Kate down in Columbia.


Well the sale of Mineros SA- which appear to encompass a tonnage of the same area - as seen here is this SEC document outlining assets vs liabilities. In conclusion, if this NEW MERGER...is picking up the pieces where they had left off...then we are expecting CACIQUE MINING to be reverse merged into GEGI shell.

The Cacique Mining operation would perceivably cover ALL OF QEDN which is INCA- Inca Seeds as GEGI would be the corporatation that owns all of the MINING operations and then the sustainable subsidiaries ...like Inca seeds-Sacha inchi and therefore be located in appears near MEDELLIN.

As well, Every year as referenced above by the articles on farmers and figuring out sustainable solutions to the illegal and unsafe mining that was occuring far too rampant - Several big money grant programs have worked together since 2011 and according to the QEDN projection report on Inca Worldwide -- it outlines the role that some of this grant money may play. IMO - these two detailed reports completely coincide with the program's referenced going on in the exact province that Cacique mine is located.....
