While the exclusivity period has expired pursuant to the announcement released on January 23, 2017, the Company and the Investor Group continue to progress in the negotiations associated with reaching a final agreement to sell FL Mobile, its live social video business, and receive an investment in the remaining NQ Mobile business per the outline of the signed letter of intent.

The exclusivity period allowed for these negotiations to advance and substantive progress has been made. We are working toward a conclusion and will communicate the outcome as soon as it materializes.
