Rich will never issue fluff news like all the scam penny stocks do. He only issues solid news. We know they are working on up listing as we speak and finalizing many contracts for the Phase II rollout. ICNB is setting up for an epic March and April run just ahead soon. I honestly think we see .10 to .20 sooner than most think here. Real investors will take over ICNB soon enough. Once it happened in my other investment grade penny stock there was no stopping it. The same is setting up to happen here. Trust me no flippers or so called short claims ahead will matter to the PPS above. Us longs know what we own. Most of the float is already locked up at .25 to .50 to dollars ahead with GTC sell orders. Most shorts know this and began covering Friday as the short reports show.
