Correct! let us all not forget what MS had just said...(paraphrasing here) he could sign offtakes "right now" for the scandium! but he believes there is more value - than $1500-$2500 per/kilogram.
If he/we excepted, say, $2500 p/k figure, that would represent roughly an extra $242,000,000 gross cash flow p/a(EBITDA)!

MS and his team know what is best for the share holders and the company...
This project is economic! IMHO
