Interesting Merger Comparison...because I wanted to get a better guess on when the announcement might come.

I looked back at the filings and dates for ORRV (a recent merger conducted by some of the same people). The files submitted are identical to the filings of RMGX and Black Shopping Channel. The ORRV files were submitted on Oct 17th and Jan 17th and the merger announcement was on Feb 17th.

The BSC filings were on Dec 14th and Feb 6th. If the timing on ORRV is at all related or comparable then I'd expect the merger news for BSC to be on or before March 6th.

Admittedly I am not experienced with mergers so I don't know if it's even reasonable to compare. Maybe they each have their own timelines, this could happen any minute now or maybe even beyond March 6th?

All I know for sure is I wouldn't wait to pick up shares if I were you.
