Starts trading at .42 and .43 this morning...BEFORE warrant holders step in and completely DESTROY any value. This one is even more toxic than I even anticipated. BUYER BEWARE....MASSIVE DILUTON UNDERWAY HERE!!!!! WARRANTS, WARRANTS, AND MORE WARRANTS. Worst part, insiders/warrant holders do not care....indicates the drug truly is not that good or simply they are so worn out by PTN leadership, they want out at all costs...that speaks volumes coming from insiders...

Warrant holders are going to walk this to complete destruction and PTN is going to start losing any and all investment from future investors, subsequently leading to bankruptcy...I understand they have cash on hand now, but once they burn through the capital from the recent deal, they are truly setting themselves up for long term destruction...
