Don't think so. I really don't see the feds doing this. The states that have recreational MJ don't seem worried, as of the conversation with the governor of CO on Meet The Press. He highlighted all the positives about it. Lower drug use among teens, lower use of more powerful drugs, increased revenue etc... He even came around to say that he doesn't dislike the idea any more, as he was originally against it. As for Hagen, he was a consultant on tribal land, the AG is not going to win this. The AG actually just gave the green light for medicinal marijuana in his state. Hagen's partner who pleaded guilty may be in trouble over the "seed" charge though. GO BTFL!!$$
