I pointed out all of these things months ago as it started the dive from the .50s and was attacked by others on board....I agree with you 100%....they have diluted the hell out of this with warrants and now they are paying the piper...

This along with an inept management team...you get unabated destruction of value...exactly what you are seeing here in PTN...this is undeniable...facts are facts and the fact is...PTN as a whole is a horrific-train wreck of an investment..
