for those wondering about possible past revenues due from LG and ZTE, below are yearly mobile phones sales as reported by Gartner. Sales for Samsung are also shown for comparative purposes. I personally think any attempt would just be a WAG

For 2011- 2014 the reports gave a total number that included included both feature and smartphones. Starting for 2012 the report gave separate numbers for smartphone sales only, as they over took feature phones in sales.

Since LG is licensed for 2G, no royalties would be due on those phones
