Where does it say panjiva in the court document? Not one mention. Are you inferring that the bill of lading with JK and our current verifiable panjiva DKGR bill of lading reports are being manipulated? I would ask you then how you know this to be true?

I understand this court filing as the plaintiff and defendant had a dispute with timing of payment and settled debts out of court. Also that Kibar's wife has no fiduciary duty as she was not the true acting President of JK.

Do I think he made some mistakes with JK...YES. I only hope he learned from his mistakes and that he now knows to have legal written contracts and terms of payment.
