Great post as there so much confusion on this topic. Use your ears and listen to what the White House is saying today: "Medical Marijuana is ok and will not be pursued by the AG"
Which means MJNA is 100% in the clear to develop, distribute and operate in the USA. The stock price is being affected by recent concerns via the new AG of the USA, so bottom line is we should have no further concern here, on the contrary this can and will put us into a better position being one of the largest creators and distributors of Medical based Marijuana. As to recreational MJ well those folks could be in hot water and would not touch any stocks in that market. IMHO
