How they stand out from the competition is one of my biggest curiosities. The CEO has mentioned several things they do that they have not seen anybody else do. I have asked - and it has been passed along to the CEO - for a summary of all of the things the tech is doing that is unique, and what markets those things address. Looking forward to his reply.
