Solution to the bloated share structure, pps is share redemption imo. Long term debt is held by company related parties, ie, the Family. Re-work the debt to cancel half the outstanding shares, and then reduce the authorized. Price would explode! Debt holders would see a 50% reduction in shares for 1000's % of pps gain, not to be found with a reverse split.
