This is a fantastic point. CBD oil is not percentage regulated enough for pharmacy, as levels of active can vary. Also, patients or customers may not want to use an oil based treatment. Would you like smearing mineral oil on your arms every day to keep your skin hydrated, or use a cream that will soak in and not be greasy?

I tried being resonable, I didn't like it.
