RSII Vs OWCP...Pros/Cons of both: >>> MED CANNABIS SECTOR.

Here are the pros and cons of OWCP vs RSII: To me where are you going to get the most bang for your investment...to me NO question its in RSII. If I still owned OWC* I would sell at least half probably 3/4 and ride RSII up like the did there. To me that would be the wisest choice one could make....To make let say 500% RSII would have to go to around .05 and OWCP would have to go to $10...NO QUESTION IMO THE ODDS ARE MUCH BETTER WITH RSII AT THESE CURRENT MC LEVELS...And if you look at Market Caps at .05 Cents RSII would still have a relatively tiny market cap of $20M and OWCP would be $1.6 BILLION, lol...I chose .05 to show the power of market cap evaluations...I think RSII is going much higher as their business strategy gets rolled out and scaled to different states like NWAV's clinics.

OWCP
Pros

1- Otc higher tier
2- Small float and Os
3- 8 patents
4- med doctors & institutions organized
5- Float is controlled
6- extensive market awareness and investment community

Cons

1- already at a very high market cap of $325M
2- spending millions on fda trials...very high burn rate
3- offshore company, not in USA..Im very leery of offshore companies in tracking anything rev wise
4- could be a long road to revs for main path

RSII

Pros

1- $5M market cap...probably the smallest by far in this med cannabis sector. It will valuate higher in the days ahead.
2- Small Float and OS
3- Business and Revenue model is perfect for med cannabis sector and
4- Immediate revs...product to market much faster
5- Rising Bioscience branding - Head chemist/pharmacist introduced has 30 yrs experience in compounding and has extensive experience with med cannabis
6- Immediate customer base in PAO Group Clinics(NWAV) Alternative Medicine Centers of America RSII will supply to NWAV clinics (Alternative Medicine Centers of America) but if you read between the lines, its pretty much a done deal....Robert Weber is the CEO of both and he basicly said they had to separate the disposing/compounding side from the patient/clinic side as per their lawyers due to regulations. RSII Medicinal Cannabis will be branded and marketed under their name Rising Biosciences. Mail order, clinics, prescribing md's, etc....Huge market.

Cons

1- atm the short being placed, but that will be short lived with buying pressure and them getting squeezed.
2- float not tight or wrapped yet with longs...still have rounds of flippers to go through at different price points
