If they continue to make progress on their goals at breakneck speeds, as they have to date, I see no reason to sell. They have a slew of potential products in the pipeline. Also, I am holding all my stock in a retirement account and therefore do not need the money right away. I can afford to let it ride and watch this gem of a story unfold.

However, most here have a hard number in their minds as to where they sell a portion. For instance, they will sell 10% at 10, another 10% at 20, 50% at 50, etc...

Do not be afraid to take profits without regret. Everyone is different and to each his/her own.
