If TEVA can stump up $40bn for another company, they can easily pay $20bn for OWCP which gives a buy out price of $141 per share. If they pay $40bn then its $282 per share - that's using the figures on OTC markets so some minor adjustment would need to be made on the updated figures from the 8K of Friday.
