Yes. Wayne clearly said offering and described a private offering. His friends thought shares could be sold better if they called it a PUBLIC offering.

Just more of the same BS in this stock we have always had here.

Wayne and his friends will do and say anything to dump shares.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
