Thank you Mike, sorry for the double post I hit button twice by accident. My in law asked me to look at this stock for him and I am gathering data now, thank you for your input. However I am very suspect being that I have seen 99% of these type of stocks not make it.

Especially now knowing the CEO's past in addition to the turmoil and toxic financing history related to this stock as posted on the board.

How do you know the CEO is not going to do some type of reverse split or financing that will dilute shareholders down to nothing and take a huge payment on an accrual basis for he,his wife and daughter and leave shareholders that have hung in holding the bag?
