CEO, Will and lawyer K. Lee working on Saturday to put out formal MH to $ORRV Documet

CEO's open dialogue with SH, and commitment to SH with no R/S going forward is a big deal for an OTC, not to mention earning report conference calls going forward, certified fins., and legit companies with employee's that can help it grow.

Recent director of ops. hire, Joly, and Will is already working out plans that we were told will be followed up in a PR.
