If and when NNVC has news of substantial material progress blasting through 3 will be a slam dunk. That's the easy part. The hard part is the substantial material progress.

Perhaps you have some unique insights.

Would you agree that to date you have been overly optimistic? If someone had asked you 3 years ago about you expectations for the status of matters in March of 2017 would you have entertained as even possible a description of how things are as of now?

As pointed out here recently, exiting at 1.00 is infinitely better than exiting at zero. By the way so is exiting at 50 cents or even 25 cents.
