I'm sure many have done there own DD and realize UNGS and GCC are a work in progress.
UNGS keeps recycling me doubles, triples, quadruples Profits over and over for the last 5 years.

But the Main reason to hold UNGS is UNGS will retain 19.99% of GCC Plus other Subs like UNGS Oil wells.

So let's do some Math.
If I can Buy UNGS at .0001, 2, 3 etc. and GCC will IPO for .25 and could go much higher with only 29.5 million shares outstanding and MM's like to Own shares before they Short. Some call it making a market, so they are't left chasing the price. Which might drive it even higher and with 29.5 million they may not even take the chance and Just let it run until the excitement wears off and volume slows down.

Everyone will want to own GCC. So by buying UNGS we will still own 19.99% of GCC
at a much lower price.
So 19.99% (rounded up to 20%) 20% x 5 =100%
Lets say I buy UNGS at .0003 where I sold almost 20 million 1 to 3 triples on Jan. 30th Before GCC starts trading!
So 19.99% (rounded up to 20%) 20% x 5 =100%
1,000,000 shares UNGS x .0003 = $300 x 5 = $1,500
1,000,000 shares GCC at .25 = $250,000
So basically I'm owning more GCC thru UNGS for $1,500 or less instead of $250,000

Post-split, GCC intends on filing a Registration Rights offering for its existing shareholders. The offering will give each shareholder the right to purchase additional units in GCC for a defined period of time. Shareholders will have the right to purchase additional units of GCC at a fixed price of $.25/unit for a total equity raise of $500,000.00. In the event the Rights Offering is fully subscribed, GCC will have 29.5 million common shares outstanding with a market capitalization of $7.4 million. The Company plans to use the proceeds from the rights offering to provide equity capital to support the continuing execution of the Company's growth strategy plans, acquisitions and general business development.
