I have read and reread the comments by Merritt!!!!!


I have came to the conclusion I misunderstood what he was saying. I think

the use of as a example and then pointing out ZTE was not the smartest

way to illustrate how important the Hillcrest purchase was. It would have

been far better to simply say we believe the comingling of the patents

would strengthen our ability to license the unlicensed companies. However

it is what it is and it is time to prove how valuable the purchase was.
