I have been saying this for a week or more. AP and ISBG has put the cart before the horse. They can't pour the juice in the bottles they have or it will violate the label. More importantly, once you change the recipe you do not have 100% Agave Tequila. With that said, you now have an alcoholic spirit infused with herbal flavors (it's no longer 100% Agave Tequila).

It is very basic DD - no NOM no juice for the all that glass from China (I would love love to know the lead content in that glass). AP has made a mess of everything. It will be many months before ISBG will be able to find a legal distiller (per their Tweet last week - they are looking) that will let them manipulate their juice and put their NOM at risk. I do not see it happening anytime soon IMHO.
