To start with...... DKGR is not a normal company, Income as I understand is from commissions, employees are paid by the contract manufacture that is off shore but that may change because it has been announced that the company would start and running their own company manufacture off shore .................

For your info I have owned DKGR going back about 12 years maybe 15 years when Clayton was lying about gold in gold mines.........

May I suggest that you email the company about their past history, You seem to be asking for info that only the company can tell you ............. If you cant get the answers you need find a stock that you are more comfortable with.
