We won't know if they have followed up on every promise for a bit.
I hope they do, but as of yet....nothing is confirmed. That's why I maintain the position we won't know for some months if this is a "new baltia ". It may very well be, but they need to show some proof
In specifically interested in the claim they won't dilute, if that holds true then that will say a lot. I hope it's not just a claim being made because they won't sell PP shares, there are financing options that can dilute without PP. If it's truly non dilutive financing I'll enter in for a ride when the time is right, I'll give them a second chance if they prove themselves to be changed. But, I need more than a good story and promises, I need proof
