Remember as well that Trump wants to shred SEC regulations to make it faster for businesses to operate. That could end up playing a huge factor in speeding up the progress of the S1. :)

Let me guess....your response would be something along the lines of them not having filed the s1 yet.

We both know the most difficult part of the process is the s1 approval. So if the regs get slashed significantly, SEC approval processes should also speed up significantly.
