Penny-stock scams like CBIS don't go up forever. Nobody knows the short term moves, but eventually this will go back down where it belongs. It's basically worthless since it exists as a PO Box and some financial filings.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
