True that!, but still the question remains, let suppose everything goes perfect no flaw. and according to our calculation lets just say the target price is .20C

My question is how the target price is reached, by a gap up in the stock price directly to .20 (appx) once all the formal process and documents are released

OR
the target price is reached slowly in upwards direction(no matter how long)?

what I have seen normally is when a company buys another then I have seen on nasdaq and nyse, the price shot up just like that to a higher price, the next day. I normally trade listed ones and few times the OTC.
