Completely different, this company merged with this ticker as they won the rights to the company in federal court that lasted 3 years. Before merging with CGE Energy which was Mckenzie Bay mkby they were MTI Energy Management who employed 20 people and have been doing business for 25 years. The prior ticker mkby McKenzie Bay was indeed listed on the QX tier and fully compliant. CGEI retained MKBY's CPA and seated him as a director on the new board.
