The term "filings" are, by definition, documents with legal or regulatory authority. OTCMarkets is not a regulator - they are just a paid PR company who invented their market, which is not recognized by either the SEC or FINRA. It is complete BS, just like everything companies like CFGX pay them to post on their website. They should not be considered to be factual in any way, since 99+% of the time, they are not. And that includes everything Norat invents and pays them to post.
Legitimate companies register and file with the SEC. Those that aren't, don't. And CFGX doesn't. And that is pretty much anyone needs to know about CFGX and what kind of company they are. Something that Norat has proven over and over and over.
