I think lack of shareholder communications from management is one of the biggest things holding the stock back (revenue and profit being numbers 1-2). It's also the easiest thing for management to fix. The company has been public for about 12 years, and they haven't fixed it, yet. I don't expect they ever will.
Stan and Gill's commitment to supporting the company seems to come and go. With the more recent mentioning of Gill Champion's involvement with POWN, I'm guessing that they are setting the company up to continue running, should anything happen to Stan. It, also, could be, they are setting the company up to be sold, and are talking Gill up, trying to add more value to the company. Gill is slightly younger than Stan and could be with the company longer.
I do have to admit, it is nice seeing POW! Entertainment mentioned in the articles by the cast of "Stan Lee's Lucky Man", and the people that worked on "The Bracelet Chronicles". I don't miss Stan asking people if they know what POW stands for.
