That's a great post. Only issue I have with it is the part about Trump going after legal marijuana. I watched that conference and was listening when the skype caller asked the question. The exact answer was Spicer feels the administration could enforce the laws against recreational marijuana, and that medical was a totally different story. That answer has been twisted, sliced, and blown out of proportion.

First of all the administration does not have the resources to enforce the laws, and second which is the biggest hurdle. States have gotten a taste of what the revenue taste like. You think that they are about to give that up?

Then there is this beauty. A bill introduced and should be in effect next January to de-schedule marijuana for medical purposes.

To provide for the rescheduling of marihuana, the medical use of marihuana in accordance with State law, and the exclusion of cannabidiol from the definition of marihuana, and for other purposes.
