Times like these all the news writers get to make predictions and it's easier to go Dooms day than to blindly aim at a positive target. Trumps admin will push congress to pass new laws regarding the Feds and cannabis and in the mean time they will say the same thing that even Obamas people said, it's illegal. Trump is a big states rights guy and they want to fight other battles not cannabis. Spicer said exactly what he's supposed to say. It's illegal.
