So I've been doing some DD, and It makes sense why this was at $2 a few weeks ago. This company has a huge deal with Medicare and Medicaid to supply expensive mobility equipment:

"PSP Homecare is authorized by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide the competitively bid items in the following Competitive Bidding Areas, encompassing a total population of approx. 32.4 million people (United States Census Bureau)":

1) Bakersfield, California
2) Fresno, California
3) Las Vegas-Henderson-Paradise, Nevada
4) Los Angeles County, California
5) Orange County, California (GME only)
6) Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura, California
7) Sacramento-Roseville-Arden-Arcade, California
8) San Diego-Carlsbad, California
9) San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward, California
10) San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara, California
11) Stockton-Lodi, California (GME only)
12) Visalia-Porterville, California

This is HUGE! This isn't a developmental company that isn't selling product. It is a legitimate company that has been contracted by Medicare and Medicaid which currently are the largest medical spenders in the country. This should NOT be trading at 10 cents. Heck it shouldn't even be trading at just $2. I'm tucking my shares away and I won't sell for anything less than $5.
