FACT is that George Alvarez made it quite clear in VELA's 10K filed May 14 2014, period ending Dec 31 2013, that Velatel didn't have a whole lot going for it looking forward. Dang - he was right on!

The Pump & Dump orchestrated last October presented an opportunity to possibly profit and/or dump shares. Make no mistake about it, it was a Pump & Dump based on absolutely nothing of merit.
