Craigslist is hardly a professional site to hire professional employees - Professional companies use scouts and job recruitment specialists. But after all, that's what part of the offering money was supposedly to be used for, therefore the cheap CL ads were in place for perhaps a month.

Fact is He never hired any employees, I'm not even sure he was attempting to hire anyone.

Three months later he filed the Form 15 to take GTRQ Dark.

Almost a year later - GTRQ is still Dark, rarely trading.
