Agreed. That has been the sentiment by a few of us for quite awhile now.

None of the press releases have dates assigned. They can"t even get a simple name change completed although they misled people by saying they had "reserved" a new symbol name - which isn't allowed. The CEO is still Shykora until it is filed that he isn't. DJ Smitty is still interim and Old Man Johnson still hasn't made one penny for $COBI.


So yes, a reverse split is well on its way. It's they way stocks like $COBI stay in "business".
