People keep referring to Mr. Tracy. He is no longer involved with $ORRV / McCusker's as of Feb 15th, reread the 15c211, he's been gone over a week.

Reread that filing yourself. Tracy is still custodian until the Nevada court ends the custodianship. That will happen, Tracy says, "as soon as is practicable".

In addition, he's still the company's legal counsel, and his IR company still represents it.
