Next:
The apparent mean you found was apparently located by simply looking at the evidence they had in that old study. Many studies have errors that can be discovered and sometimes edited before publication. Not all are caught.

Next:
The indeterminate arm was just that -- indeterminate. It was full of rapid progressors, stable disease and pseudoprogressors -- according to the poster it was published in. Dr. Liau seemed to make it clear that in hindsight, many were psPD to some degree.

I've long thought that indeterminate group was likely a curve of hybrid patient tumors, because GBM is heterogenous from patient to patient, tumor to tumor, and even cell to cell in the tumor.

I believe, although I might be mistaken, that partial holds can be dealt with before they become "mandated" by the FDA, but because we do not know the reason, any inference of slight of hand seems premature.

I still do not understand how you can say the 32 arm is progressive if they are pseudo-progressives due to confirmatory scans, but don't bother explaining it to me.
