I know the question was not originally addressed to me, but I thought I'd chime in and note that the things you requested are present in the company filings. I'd recommend reading through the company's most recent 8K and then cycle back through the rest. The stated goals and objectives of the company are consistently consistent over the years, as it the apparent undercapitalized state of the company from balance sheet to balance sheet to balance sheet.
