Nice follow-through from last week, and it's still cheap at these prices!

Using very conservative values: Vohitsara is worth C$ 2.5 million, and the Alberta property could be sold right now for C$ 1 million.

3.5/40 OS = 0.0875 CAD/share, or ~0.0667 USD

And you also get a growing wholesale business that will always be cash flow positive, plus all the other interests, properties & claims - including the Utah gold royalty.

(Add to this, a pending purchase of an established commercial laboratory that will add millions in hard assets, and a revenue stream via rental income, which will offset any debt.)
