Ten year Treasury Bonds sold-off after Trump was elected based on rumors that Trump would create massive infrastructure spending programs.

But longer-dated bond prices have been rebounding as it has become clear that Republican leaders in Congress have refused to provide funding for Trump's spending programs, just as they did when President Obama proposed similar infrastructure programs.

Ralph Waldo Emmerson said, "consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds."

Trump now says Congress is going to hold-off on any infrastructure spending until just before the Mid-Term elections when they will pass a sharply scaled-down program target in districts where Republican Congress members may lose their seats. - http://www.salon.com/2017/02/24/trump-republicans-may-hold-off-on-infrastructure-plan-so-they-can-use-it-for-the-2018-midterms/

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
