A fundamental market aspect may have switched; NITE does not appear to be the primary market maker best bid / best offer for many OTC tickers. May have switched roles on a surface level, or it may just be for today.

An early observation from such event.

Will have to check back on this to see if this comment still has relevance after a larger sample size of days elapse.
