All the volume appears to be convertible debt owners who are sitting on old stock. All of O'shea's past stock was canceled. The company's PAR values is .00001 so convertible debt holders are at trying to make their money back.

Everyone would be wise to stay clear until after the FINRA decision and the dust settles. The incoming business is legit.
