I think they are holding converted shares and not dumping them because that would only hurt themselves. Right now they would ONLY make 1700%
They will wait until after the earning or name change when we get the pop that we need.
Then they can make 3,000% or more.

I do think that we will have between 250-300 million outstanding shares on the next report.

They are still staying away from my BID at .0163
