The CD holders aren't stupid. They don't sell all their shares at once or this would be trading in the trips. Common Sense Holdings has common sense. They are making a killing btw!!!! The company would have to raise the A/S if they converted all of their debt at .001. I guarantee after the next filing the O/S will be around 300M. Why is the TA gagged? This is standard practice in the OTC. Just like the dangling carrot of the Name & Symbol change. This will bounce again above .03 when the CD holders are dry or allow it to sell again at higher PPS.
