Agree with this. iTALK is the legal shareholder of UMS Inc and its sub unless Lee says they aren't.
I don't see that happening because revenues were higher when they talked about merging. IMO the point was for Lee to go public and have access to capital.
IMO they will update the articles to include the preferred shares and all will move forward as before. It makes the most sense.
If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
