Lol !!! They aren't developing anything !!! The R&D numbers are trumped up, same with the Sales and Marketing.

And of course all that fake China deal money disappeared.

The companies involved are not even real. Unregistered and barred broker dealers.

And where the hell is the 10-Q for Q4 2016?
